Plate and Sheet Metal Fabrication
Shearing (Cutting): Materials up to 1/2″ (.500”) thickness and 12’ long.
Braking (Bending): Capacity of 300 Tons x 12’-0” – bending of 1/2” plate x 12’-0” long. We can also bend thicker thickness in shorter lengths.
Plate/Sheet Rolling: Capacity up to 1/2” thickness x 8’ long; round cylinders; reducing cone shapes, eccentric and concentric reducer as well.
Ironworker: Ninety (90) ton capacity; Punching round or oblong holes up to 3/4” diameter in 1” plate.
Profile Rolling: Capacity; 3 x 3 x 3/8 angle leg out; 2-1/2 x 2-1/2” x 3/8 leg in; flat bar on edge; channel, small beams, round pipe, and square or rectangle tubing.
Welding – Shop and Field Locations
In-House Welding: Various machines from 150 AMP to 1000 Amp capacity; Manual and Automatic Submerge Arc-welding process; Stick, Mig and Tig processes. Our welders are all certified to AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX in various welding positions. Those lab certifications are available upon request.
Field Welding: We offer portable welding services for projects away from our shop.
